Line 2 has birth dates and dates of death, if applicable, for both the father and mother. Line 3 is the date the father and mother were married. The remaining lines are broken out into two separate lines for each child (If more than 14 children, there will be 2 children per line) with their first and middle names on the first line and dates on second line.
